Samsung Galaxy Note II & S III to jump straight to Android 4.3 insted of 4.2.2

A news has just come flying through air to our ears that Samsung might be considering this leapfrog move for not only the Note II, but also the Samsung Galaxy S III as well. The move makes sense since Android 4.3 is certainly right around the corner and now that Samsung has a Google Play edition of its flagship Galaxy S4 on the table, it is going to apply considerable pressure to keep its other devices up-to-date.
Android 4.3 has got nothing changed from 4.2.2 actually except the camera interface. Android 4.3 would be slightly better in terms of performance of camera and gaming. Google should have named it 'Android 4.2.3' instead of 'Android 4.3'.
Abandoning the 4.2.2 update also frees up resources to concentrate on the Android 4.3 and presumably later down the road, Android 5.0 which these devices will be the beneficiary of. The main culprit at hand is TouchWhiz, which puts a significant skin over stock Vanilla Android and with the new features introduced with the Galaxy S4, requires significant testing and approval from carriers as well.
