Nokia 625 with 4.7" screen, the largest LTE phone gets certified in China

On Wednesday, word came out of China that the Nokia Lumia 625 had been certified in China, with the 512MB of RAM. That should give multi-taskers more fits than a talented tailor.

While the rest of the phone's specs weren't disclosed, we can expect a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processor under the hood along with a 2000mAh battery and LTE connectivity. The Nokia Lumia 625 will also have the GDR2 update pre-installed. That means the phone will come with Data Sense to monitor data usage, FM Radio functionality and more.

The Nokia Lumia 625 is expected to launch sometime in the next few weeks in various countries. The phone is said to be priced in the $300 to $350 USD range.
