Google has brought its Play Store's beautiful Android App UI to the web portal. Google updated the UI of the web portal for the Play Store this evening, and put the word out around 7:30PM EST. The idea behind the redesign is to make it easier to discover new apps.
It leads to 'more scrolling' if you are on a non-touch device. The screenshots of the apps have been made larger, the app icon/logo is larger too, the navigation tools on the left have been made dynamic so the options will change when you go to the various sections of the store, the 'whishlist' thing which has been in the app for a while is now on web portal. You can add items to your whishlist but you can not remove them.
